According to the national "new three guarantees" regulations, if the user has performance failure after purchasing the machine, the product can choose to return, replace or repair the machine within one week from the date of sale, and can choose to replace or repair the machine within 15 days. The conditions for changing and returning machines require that the machines and tools are not damaged and the accessories, random data and packaging materials are intact. Warranty period:

All products produced by our company can enjoy a one-year warranty once they are sold. The company promises that any product maintenance time in the company's after-sales service department is: complete within two working days after receiving the maintenance product, the maintenance includes fault maintenance and performance verification. Under special circumstances, such as lack of maintenance parts, difficult failures, etc., may be appropriately extended, but the reception staff must explain to the customer.

Performance qualification:

Any product returned to our company for maintenance will be sent to the verification department for verification after the fault is removed to determine whether the maintenance product meets the technical specifications of the product. After the verification, the company will not provide the corresponding test report, and the verification time is included in the above promised maintenance time.

Any returned products must first confirm the cause of the defect with the supplier before returning, and then fill in the fault phenomenon and cause clearly in the warranty manual. (The warranty manual must be sent back together with the product for warranty)
